Terms, Conditions, And Returns.

Customer Satisfaction: DQ Sales, wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, returns can be made by emailing us your receipt number and asking for a RGA return # for your item(s) to be returned. We will exchange or give you credit for any item that has been unworn or washed within 30 days of purchase.

Returns: We have created this return process to make your experience as easy as possible and ask that your returns be handled as we describe. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days from your invoice date with a RGA # written on the package. Your credit card account will be credited the amount upon processing of the returned item(s), Minus the original shipping cost to you.

It helps us to process your return or exchange faster if you use the original shipping box or something similar to the USPS packing of product when shipping products back to us. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

If you decide to return your No Bitchin’, Just Fishin’ item(s), returns should be shipped to the address below and you will need to cover the return shipping costs.

Returns: The address can only be used to return items purchased at www.nobitchinjustfishin.com. If you would like to return items purchased elsewhere, please return the items to that location of purchase. Returns that are received by DQ Sales that were not purchased from www.nobitchinjustfishin.com website cannot be processed.

When paying for return postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.

Exchanges can be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Availability of your desired replacement item is not guaranteed, but we will make every effort to meet your needs. If there is a problem with your exchange, we will contact you via email you provided on your receipt of purchase.

Exchanges due to a Manufacturer’s Defect or Incorrect Shipment: We strive to maintain the highest level of product quality and accurate shipments. However, if your order is found to be defective or incorrect, please return the item using our return postage label, sent to you by us and we will gladly send you a new item free of any shipping charges. (Exchanges for defective merchandise must be exchanged for the same size, color, and style as the defective item.)
